Denise Barry, Sensei

Denise Barry, M.A (Psychology), 6th Dan (Aikido) has been devoted to the path of Aikido for 44 years. She specializes in bridging psychology with the embodiment of Aiki Principles as a practice for meeting the joys and stressors of daily life. She sees the Aiki Path as a path for both healing and mastery. She believes that having a practice that keeps us grounded and clear is integral to navigating these challenging times.
